硅膠制品的工藝流程是如何生產(chǎn)加工的呢?它的制造流程以及工藝都非常復(fù)雜，必須先制作出模具才能夠做出產(chǎn)品;一些對(duì)于硅膠制品不了解的新客戶來說生產(chǎn)流程是有些難度，因?yàn)樵诩庸す枘z制品、我方必須持有貴方的圖紙，比如是2D圖紙、或是3D圖紙，同樣的情況、若是沒有圖紙有樣品也是可以由我方進(jìn)行制造。

對(duì)于圖紙或是樣品都必須要加工的產(chǎn)品，這是我們兩方合作的首要目標(biāo)，既然必須要制作出樣品，那么我們必須先做好樣品模具;樣品模具又稱為手模，客戶若提供的是樣品，我們會(huì)根據(jù)樣品測(cè)量尺寸;計(jì)算出某個(gè)部位的精確尺寸;客戶提供了2D圖紙，我們還需要自己制作出3D圖紙，如果客戶直接性的提供了3D圖紙，這樣即可按照3D圖紙制造樣板模具;也讓整個(gè)流程更簡(jiǎn)單化，硅膠制品的樣品模是不一樣的開發(fā)工業(yè)，它必須經(jīng)過重復(fù)制作，如有四個(gè)模口，從第一個(gè)一直做到第四個(gè)，從第一個(gè)口出來的硅膠產(chǎn)品尺寸是不符合，它會(huì)較大，而一直接著做下去，到了第四個(gè)?；蚴堑谌齻€(gè)直接會(huì)做出相差不多的尺寸，而這個(gè)時(shí)候我們也就可以找到相差不多尺寸來調(diào)節(jié)了;當(dāng)然確認(rèn)樣品質(zhì)量是最重要一環(huán)節(jié)，也是我們?cè)谌蘸笾斜仨毭棵孔龊靡淮味即_認(rèn)好質(zhì)量、尺寸、規(guī)格。

The first one has been fourth, the size of the silicone product from the first port is not fit, it will be larger, and keep going on, to the fourth models or third directly to make the same size, and at this time we can find a little difference in size to adjust; of course, confirm the quality of the sample. It is the most important link, and we must confirm the quality, size and specifications in the future.
在樣品模具和樣品經(jīng)過了我方的確認(rèn)好之后，即可把樣品寄給客戶，待客戶確認(rèn)好樣品是否按照自己給出的圖紙一樣、規(guī)格一樣;我方和貴方才進(jìn)入下一步洽談批量生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。
